Stfrancis is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to recruit and enroll students on campus, take lead calls, and manage enrollment paperwork. The role includes tracking marketing and sales activities, producing reports, and representing the school at career fairs and similar events.

The candidate should have an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to set and achieve goals with measurable results. Public speakING is a plus.

Formación

• Highest degree offered at the campus is required; associate degree required, bachelor preferred.
• Motivated and solution-oriented, aligned with integrity, student-focused outcomes and service excellence.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and referral-lead generation preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; public speaking is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service and desire to help others succeed.
• Ability to set and achieve short- and long-term goals with measurable results.
