Iaas Lc in Orange, California seeks an Enrollment Counselor to recruit and enroll students at the campus, take lead calls, and track inquiries.

You will manage enrollment activity, ensure student files are complete, and track marketing and sales activities to produce reports as required.

Represent the school at career fairs and during orientation and registration, demonstrating integrity, customer service excellence, and a student‑focused mindset.

Formación

• Highest degree offered at the campus; an associate degree is required, bachelor degree preferred.
• Highly motivated and solution-oriented individuals aligned with core values of integrity, commitment, student-focused outcomes, respect, and service excellence.
• Preferred experience in sales, marketing, and referral lead generation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; public speaking experience is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a desire to help others succeed.
• Ability to set and achieve short- and long-term goals with measurable results.
