Cagayan State University is seeking an Admissions Recruiter in Orange, CA to drive student enrollment on campus. You will lead outreach, manage lead inquiries, and oversee enrollment paperwork to ensure files are complete.

You will represent the university at career fairs, coordinate orientation activities, and track marketing and sales activities to provide reports. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

• Possession of the highest degree offered at the campus; an associate degree is required, bachelor degree preferred.
• Highly motivated and solution-oriented individuals aligned with core values of integrity, commitment, student-focused outcomes, respect, and service excellence.
• Preferred experience in sales, marketing, and referral lead generation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; public speaking experience is a plus.
