Job summary

LPU Batangas is seeking a proactive Admissions Coordinator to recruit and enroll students on campus. You will take lead calls, track inquiries, and ensure student files are complete.

You will track marketing and sales activities, prepare reports, and represent the school at career fairs and orientation events to drive enrollment and student success. The ideal candidate has an associate degree, strong communication, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Possession of the highest degree offered at the campus; an associate degree is required, bachelor degree preferred.
• Highly motivated and solution-oriented individuals aligned with core values of integrity, commitment, student-focused outcomes, respect, and service excellence.
• Preferred experience in sales, marketing, and referral lead generation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; public speaking experience is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a desire to help others succeed.
• Ability to set and achieve short- and long-term goals with measurable results.
