Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing in Missouri is seeking an Admissions Advisor to support campus enrollment efforts on-site. You will guide prospective students through the admissions process, conduct campus tours, and coordinate communications to convert inquiries into applicants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree preferred).
• 1–3 years’ experience in admissions, recruitment, or related field.
• Professional and discreet handling of confidential information.
• Organized, professional, and personable with prospective students.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community via appointment, phone, email, and materials.
• Welcome and process paperwork, interview applicants, arrange campus tours, and conduct follow-up campaigns.
• Maintain recruiting operations by following policies and reporting changes.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Maintain relationships with a wide range of individuals and VIPs (internal and external).
• Advise students and families on educational opportunities, admissions, and requirements.
