Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an Administrator - Accounting in the Prepared Foods division to serve as the time and attendance lead, coordinating with plant management to ensure accurate attendance data and accounting support.
This role includes daily production posting and line efficiency analysis, with cross-training as needed. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of office administration experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP or UKG Pro in a manufacturing environment.

This is a multi-tasking environment where your attention to detail can really shine and make a difference. Cross-training will be done in areas assigned by the Controller to include daily production posting and line efficiency analysis. Hours of work will be determined by the workload necessary on different days of the accounting period.
This facility is part of our Prepared Foods business unit. This position's main functions are time and attendance support. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing time and attendance functions efficiently while also providing accounting support to the Plant Controller. Additionally, you may oversee employee supply processes and assist in various plant management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
High School diploma or equivalent. An associate degree in accounting or relevant field is highly preferred.
3+ years of office administration experience required; with 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Requires advanced computer skills including using a Tyson Business Computer System as well as Microsoft Office & Excel, SAP Preferred.
Requires written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of management.
Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others.
