Responsibilities

• Assist plant supervision with daily and weekly attendance.
• Monitor attendance in SAP/UKG Pro and ensure policy adherence.
• Provide training to new supervisors on attendance processes.
• Address attendance questions from team members promptly.
• Complete HR tickets as required.
• Support plant management with accounting tasks and records retention.
• Manage employee supply processes and inventory of office supplies.
