JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
This position provides administrative and records support for the Strickler Office of International Programs and the Center for Global Business Studies in the Smeal College of Business. Responsibilities include reception, office operations, budget maintenance, and assisting with international program records and reports.
The role involves applying knowledge of administrative principles, maintaining confidentiality, working under supervision, and supporting diverse stakeholders.

Education and Experience:
Minimum requirements are a High School Diploma and two years of related experience; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred. Experience in higher education administration is highly valued. Proficiency in Office 365, SAP Concur, Simba, and other university systems is required or preferred.
This is a 9.5-month HR-105 position, working mid-August through May, with summer off except for limited responsibilities. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with some remote work possible.
