What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and prioritize emails, calendars, and appointments for executives to ensure efficient time management
- Coordinate virtual meetings, including scheduling and ensuring all necessary technical setups are in place
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and preparing itineraries for executives
- Provide general administrative support, such as drafting correspondence and managing databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related administrative role
- Experience supporting multiple leaders with a detailed and organized approach
- Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Intermediate proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and ability to learn new software quickly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the property and casualty and/or workers' compensation industry
- Familiarity with Concur for processing expense reports
- Experience with MS Teams and MS Copilot
- Experience creating organizational charts using Visio
- Background in coordinating on/off-boarding activities
