Administrative Support Coordinator, Legal, Compliance and Risk Management

This position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.

Position Summary:

To support Teach For All's vision and outcomes, we seek a Legal and Compliance Administrative Support Coordinator to assist with legal, compliance, and risk management functions. Reporting to the Director, Legal, Compliance and Risk Management, you will help implement systems and processes to ensure legal compliance, risk management, and ethical standards are maintained. You will primarily collaborate with the Global Operations Team and other departments as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Legal & Compliance Support: Support legal research, document review, organization, and ad hoc research on visa issues.
  • Contract Management: Assist with contract preparation, document formatting, and tracking deadlines.
  • Trademarks: Maintain records, monitor applications, and coordinate renewal processes.
  • Ethical Policies: Coordinate training schedules and maintain policy acknowledgment records.
  • Safety & Security: Manage safety information, conduct safety checks, process background checks, and organize safeguarding documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience supporting senior roles and working independently
  • Interest or experience in international relations, compliance, non-profit law
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent communicator in English, comfortable working across time zones
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, document formatting, Microsoft Office
Preferred:
  • Experience in non-profit work or volunteering
  • Knowledge of a second language

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on country and experience.

Work Authorization:

Travel & Hours:

Up to 10% travel; some hours outside traditional schedule due to time zones.
