Description

American Specialty Health Incorporated is seeking a Delegation Support Coordinator to work with our Client Services – Clinical team. This position will provide administrative support to the Client Services department, the Delegation Support leadership, and the Delegation Support team.

Hourly Salary Range

American Specialty Health complies with state and federal wage and hour laws. Compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. The range is $17.84 to $18.26 per hour.

Remote Worker Considerations

Candidates selected for this position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home in a designated area with company-provided technology equipment. A stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload) is required to participate in online meetings via video.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the Client Services department, Delegation Support leadership, and team. Maintain calendars and schedule meetings, including teleconferences, webinars, and conference rooms.
  2. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, memos, and correspondence.
  3. Support audit activities, including logistics coordination, documentation, and electronic filing.
  4. Assist in compiling audit responses from various departments.
  5. Support logistics for onsite customer meetings.
  6. Maintain and generate reports from the audit tracking system.
  7. Prepare and submit agenda items and reports for internal committees.
  8. Represent the company professionally and uphold confidentiality.
  9. Manage client compliance attestation processes, including communication and status tracking.
  10. Support quality improvement initiatives and internal/external process improvements as directed.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if experience is equivalent.
  2. 1-2 years’ experience in administration, preferably in healthcare-related fields.
  3. Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel; internet/intranet skills.
  4. Customer service experience, with strong communication skills.
  5. Experience with project support and tracking preferred.
  6. Detail-oriented with effective written communication skills.
