What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for non-revenue related requests from Personal Cruise Consultants (PCC) guests, providing comprehensive information and resolving issues
- Efficiently handle incoming department calls, emails, and voicemails in a timely manner
- Proactively make outbound calls to PCC guests to maintain high standards of communication and satisfaction
- Assign incoming new guest leads evenly among PCCs to ensure fair distribution
- Step in for assigned PCCs to resolve customer issues and assist with cruise pricing, payment collection, and group finalization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service or sales
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume call center preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with individuals at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently

- Familiarity with POLAR and Siebel technology
- Proven track record of personal goal achievement and support to department objectives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused despite distractions
