A leading research center in Pittsburgh seeks an Administrative Specialist to support the Center for Women's Biobehavioral Health Research. This key role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting research projects, and coordinating events, essential for the smooth operation of the center's initiatives. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and relevant administrative experience, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills.
The Administrative Specialist will provide administrative research support to the thriving and growing Center for Women's Biobehavioral Health Research, directed by Dr. Rebecca Thurston. The Center is the home of several large-scale projects focusing on midlife women's health. Dr. Thurston is Assistant Dean of Women's Health Research in the School of Medicine and also directs a research training program. The Administrative Specialist will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the program.
