Tennessee Corrections Institute in Jackson, TN seeks an Administrative Services Assistant to support the Training Officer, manage attendee needs, answer calls, and handle materials for trainings. This full-time, in-person position offers partial remote work with standard hours Monday–Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM, start time flexible, with potential for permanent state employment.
The role includes scheduling via Excel, data entry in the LMS, and grant management tasks (about 30% of time).

Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in any field of study. Candidates with at least seven years of experience providing administrative assistance, secretarial, office management, assistant management, or similar role will be considered. Grant management experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate.
