Job summary

SI Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Coordinator to handle customer intake, scheduling, and data entry in a fast-paced restoration environment. You will manage communications with clients and crews, review foremen paperwork, and keep multiple databases up to date.

The role includes alternating weekend on-call shifts and after-hours duties as needed. Ideal candidates have mitigation industry experience, excellent communication, and strong multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in mitigation/restoration environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules with accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to pass background checks and random drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and perform initial job intake.
• Enter jobs into the system and synchronize PSA, Timeero, Encircle.
• Schedule crews and update clients on job progress.
• Support foremen by reviewing paperwork and updating databases.
• Be on call every other weekend and take on-call tasks after hours.

Job description

SI Restoration is a 24/7 water, fire and mold mitigation and restoration company. We have been restoring customers homes for over 37 years. We are looking for a Mitigation Coordinator, with experience in our industry, to join our team.

Summary of Essential Duties

The Mitigation Coordinator is responsible various administrative functions including but not limited to, answering customer calls, initial job intake, gathering all the required information and reviewing for accuracy, entering jobs into our system and syncing: (PSA, Timeero, Encircle), scheduling crews, following up with customers and crews, reviewing foreman's paperwork for accuracy and updating notes and dates in multiple databases, updating clients on job progress and resolving general customer concerns. This position will be on call every other weekend, taking new loss calls, entering job information and scheduling the on-call Foreman. Taking on call answering calls after hours every other week.

Qualifications

• Mitigation industry experience strongly preferred
• The ability to handle stressful situations is a must
• Strong Customer Service/People skills
• Construction/Repairs experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think and reason strategically
• Must be self motivated
• Detail oriented and able to multitask
• Strong computer and technology skills, Microsoft Office, email, etc
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must be able to pass background check and random drug tests
• Possess a high school diploma or higher education
