Job summary

SI Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Coordinator with industry experience to support our 24/7 water, fire and mold restoration operations. You will handle customer calls, intake, data entry, scheduling, and progress updates, with on-call duties every other weekend to cover new loss calls.

Responsibilities include coordinating crews, reviewing foremen's paperwork, and updating clients across databases. Strong communication and multitasking are essential, along with basic tech skills and the

Qualifications

• Mitigation industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
• Strong customer service and people skills.
• Construction or repairs experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to think and reason strategically.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Proficient with computer tools and technology.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Must pass background check and random drug tests.
• High school diploma or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and perform initial job intake.
• Enter jobs into the system and sync PSA, Timeero, Encircle.
• Schedule crews and update job progress in multiple databases.
• Review foremen's paperwork for accuracy and update notes/dates.
• Communicate with clients about job status and resolve concerns.
• Be on call every other weekend to handle new loss calls.
