Job summary

Si Restoration in Baltimore is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our fast-growing 24/7 water, fire and mold mitigation and restoration team. You will handle answering customer calls, initial job intake, inputting jobs into PSA, and scheduling crews to support project progress.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work under pressure, a high school diploma or higher, experience in customer service, and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma or higher required; construction/repairs experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with PSA or similar databases is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and handle initial job intake.
  • Enter and verify job data in PSA system.
  • Schedule crews and track progress across projects.
  • Assist in obtaining approvals for estimates.
  • Follow up with customers and crews regularly.
  • Update reports and notes across multiple databases.

Fast growing 24/7 Water, Fire & Mold Mitigation and Restoration Company located in Baltimore is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Summary of Essential Duties

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible various administrative functions including but not limited to, answering customer calls, initial job intake, gathering all the required information and reviewing for accuracy, entering jobs into our system (PSA). scheduling crews, assist in obtaining approvals for estimates, following up with customers and crews, reviewing reports and updating notes and dates in multiple databases, updating clients on job progress and resolving general customer concerns. Taking on call every other week - answering after hours calls.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully one must be able to perform each essential duty to satisfaction. The requirements listed below will represent the knowledge and skill to perform such duties.;

  • The ability to handle stressful situations
  • Mitigation industry experience strongly preferred
  • Possess a high school diploma or higher education
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Construction/Repairs experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think and reason strategically
  • Must be self motivated
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Must be able to pass background check and random drug tests
