Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for OBH contract tracking, routing, and inquiries within the Louisiana Department of Health.
  • Monitors the OBH contracts inbox and logs incoming contracts, amendments, MOUs, CEAs, and other contract-related documents.
  • Maintains organized contract records, standardized naming conventions, email correspondence, tracking logs, and documentation throughout the contract process.
  • Tracks the receipt and status of required contract documentation and initiates DocuSign routing for Contract Review Forms (CRFs) and Program Review Confirmation Forms.
  • Monitors contract submissions and signature status, ensuring completed documentation is accurately and timely forwarded to appropriate staff.
  • Provides administrative, operational, reporting, special project, and process improvement support to OBH leadership and the Contracts Unit.
  • Performs payroll and purchasing card functions for assigned OBH staff, ensuring accurate and timely processing and compliance with applicable LDH, OBH, and DOA policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Four years of experience in administrative services; OR

Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus one year of experience in administrative services; OR

An advanced degree.

Experience Substitution:

Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.
