Are you seeking a professional career supporting development of overseas infrastructure projects that advance the shared strategic interests of the U.S. and international partners? We are seeking candidates for an Administrative Specialist position for the Information Resource Center (IRC) of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. The Specialist will perform critical administrative tasks primarily in mail and file management responsibilities. Duties include reviewing, processing, and logging all incoming unclassified mail and packages; distributing mail and packages to staff following the USTDA Correspondence Guidelines; and reviewing and distributing incoming agency faxes and electronic documents to staff.
