You’ll partner with Human Resources and Store Management on hiring and onboarding while helping plan team building and training activities.

The role requires accuracy, organizational skills, and flexibility to support front-end operations and customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-store accounting procedures, cash and funds, timekeeping, and payroll transmissions.
• Maintain up-to-date store files and inventory of office supplies.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Prepare bank deposits and record all data for cash, checks, and vouchers.
• Support front-end security to control cash, shrink, and dishonesty.
• Pull and distribute sales reports for each department.
