The University of Nebraska at Omaha seeks an Administrative Coordinator for the CAS Deans Office and the Schwalb Center. You will provide administrative, financial, and HR/payroll support, helping keep daily operations secure and efficient.
Responsibilities include coordinating events, managing budgets, processing expenses, and assisting with personnel actions. A high school diploma is required, with two years of experience; a bachelor’s degree and SAP/PeopleAdmin experience preferred.

Position Summary
As an employee of the Dean’s Office in the College of Arts and Sciences, this position provides comprehensive administrative, financial, and HR/payroll support for the Schwalb Center and the Dean’s Office. This position supports daily operations, coordinates events and meetings, manages budget-related activities for the Schwalb Center, and assists the CAS Business Manager with personnel and payroll processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. This position also requires use of independent judgment and knowledge college and university policies.
