The Bilingual Administrative Coordinator will provide essential front desk and administrative coverage while serving as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, clients, and community members. This position will primarily focus on reception, customer service, call management, and day-to-day office support rather than providing direct housing counseling services. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, dependable, highly organized, and comfortable managing a busy front desk in a community-focused environment.
