Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic PC skills and experience with standard MS applications.
• Clear verbal communication and professional interaction skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and deadline adherence.

Responsibilities

• Open, identify, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
• Review mail contents, date stamp, sort, and count per standards.
• Prepare outgoing mail and priority correspondence.
• Scan, fax, file, and copy documents.
• Data entry per departmental procedures.
• Complete annual regulatory compliance training.
• Maintain daily department check log and distribution for checks/wire transactions.
