Under the general supervision of the immediate supervisor(s): (1) Provide secretarial services, with specific instructions, using College Standard software and associated peripherals:
Responsible to the immediate supervisor(s) for performance of assigned responsibilities.
Performance in this position is considered satisfactory when responsibilities of the position have been carried out at a level that ensures efficient and effective support to all supported people.
(1) Education: (a) high school graduate (associate degree preferred); (b) any combination of training or experience which would facilitate the performance of the above responsibilities. (2) Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: (a) proficient in College standard software including knowledge of MSWord/Excel/SharePoint/Outlook software, accurate keyboarding; (b) excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of confidentiality required; c) ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize work; (d) good oral and written communication skills; (e) ability to understand and follow oral or written instructions. (3) Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience.
