Individual will support Team Finance Manager so working knowledge of data pulling system helpful for candidate.
Compiling records of office activities plus photocopying, scanning and faxing.
Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages.
Sending emails plus typing documents and correspondence.
Checking, entering, updating and maintaining databases.
Controlling basic accounting functions such as checking invoices and making deposits.
Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies.
Keeping conference rooms neat stocked with supplies.
Must be familiar with filing systems.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must possess problem solving skills with the ability to multi task.
Deal courteously with employees and the public in person, phone and correspondence.
Follow basic rules, policies, and procedures of the office.
