Responsibilities
Enter orders into proprietary company software
Communicate with other staff members to ensure all details of the event are properly coordinated
Support management in the execution and logistics of trade shows
Act as the main point of contact for customers, and ensure all deadlines are clearly communicated and met
Maintain an organized office environment by managing files, documents, and supplies
Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in handling incoming and outgoing calls
Provide personal assistant support to executives and managers, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
Plan, organize and book travel for company employees, including scheduling flights and ground transportation, booking accommodations and handling any other trip‑related tasks
Attend trade shows
Perform diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: preparing correspondence and generating reports
Requirements
