Bank of America is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide confidential support to executives, manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare reports, and handle correspondence for leaders across the organization.

You will organize in‑person meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure timely information flow while protecting sensitive information. The role requires excellent communication and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing administrative support at the senior management level.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information across multiple initiatives and provide leadership with timely, actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively engage partners to track progress, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Strong organizational awareness with understanding of how workstreams impact one another.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

Role Overview

This job is responsible for providing diverse and confidential administrative support, including extensive calendar management. Key responsibilities include supporting management with administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, gathering and reporting information relevant to/for the executive, and responding to incoming mail. Job expectations may include assisting with organizing in‑person meetings and off‑sites and managing different and conflicting objectives, projects, or activities in a responsive and personable manner.

  • Prepares correspondence, reports, and forms for leaders, following interaction with internal and/or external customers to answer questions, research, and resolve problems
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing administrative support at the senior management level
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information across multiple initiatives, maintain strategic visibility into key priorities, proactively engage stakeholders for updates, and provide leadership with timely, actionable insights
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively engage partners to track progress, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely follow‑through
  • Strong organizational awareness and understanding of how workstreams impact one another
  • Significant time management, multi‑tasking and prioritization skills
  • Highly organized, proficient in time management, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to interface with Senior Executives
  • Confidentiality‑ability to handle sensitive information and maintenance of confidentiality
Interpersonal Skills
  • The ability to build rapport and work effectively with others is vital
  • Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
  • Concur or similar experience processing travel and expenses
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Bank of America systems including: Workday, Ariba, TechDirect, Flagscape, ACR, ARM, etc
