The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking an Administrative Assistant II for the Military and Veteran Center. The Administrative Assistant II will join the Military and Veteran Center to provide administrative support to the Director and Assistant Director. The role requires being detail-oriented, organized, and possessing excellent communication skills to ensure accurate record-keeping and dissemination of information.
Bachelor’s degree plus five years of office administration or project management experience, including two years at an Administrative Assistant I level, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Internal candidates will be prioritized. Post-probation, hybrid work may be available. Must be located within the DFW Area and able to be on campus within 24 hours. A Remote Work Agreement is required within 14 days of approval.
