Position Summary
The Admin Assistant II role provides principal secretarial and administrative support for the leadership of their assigned group within Oncor Transmission at the Dallas Transmission location. You'll maintain a close and highly responsive relationship with the day-to-day activities of leadership, working independently and receiving a minimum of supervision and guidance. You'll supervise support activities performed by vendors for the benefit of the Directors, such as printer repairs, break-room equipment repair, etc.
The desired candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office work environment.
