Job Summary

The Executive Assistant II provides direct administrative support to the Chief Officer, as well as advises, assists, and represents the Chief Officer on a wide range of issues. The role also involves performing follow-up on behalf of the Chief Officer.

Required Qualifications
  • An Associate degree or a minimum of four (4) years of experience as an Executive Assistant at an executive level in a similar-sized organization. Two additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of the degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Executive presence and comfort with all levels of senior management, particularly C-suite.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff, work under stress, and maintain a professional attitude.
  • Capability to make administrative and procedural decisions on sensitive, confidential issues.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands and respond promptly.
  • Discretion, knowledge of hospital departments and programs, and handling sensitive information.
  • High tact in dealing with individuals and groups.
  • Ability to produce high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, and strategic calendar scheduling.
  • Self-motivated, independent work ethic, and flexibility to shift priorities.
  • Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-term goals.
