Responsible for providing administrative, operational anddepartmental support for center, academic, or non-academicdepartment. Coordinates departmental workflow, scheduling,planning, and travel for meetings, specific departmental events,programs, and seminar series. Maintains expenditures, monitorsbudgets, and coordinates purchases of office supplies. Assists invarious marketing efforts including, but not limited to creatingand distribution of promotional materials for events such asbrochures and flyers.
