Job summary

Corewell Health West Women\'s Health in Grand Rapids seeks an administrative professional to support Director level positions and manage daily operations. You will utilize technology to streamline workflows, coordinate scheduling, and ensure exceptional patient and leadership support.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate\'s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, with a preference for a Bachelor\'s degree.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in Business, Office Administration, Secretarial Science, or Related Field.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for Director level positions through the appropriate use of technology and/or other tools.
• Assists with the day-to-day operations of the department and provides excellent customer service.
• Exhibits initiative, ability to multi-task and knowledge to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and build trust and credibility with leadership team.

Education

Associate's Degree or equivalent in Business, Office Administration, Secretarial Science, or Related Field

3 years of relevant experience
