Job summary

Beacon Hill is hiring an executive assistant to two senior leaders in the Government Affairs team. This on-site role in Washington, DC, requires managing calendars, travel, meetings, and shifting priorities while serving as a strategic liaison with policymakers and internal teams.

The position offers a salary between $70,000 and $85,000 depending on experience, a generous benefits package, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, and an on-site presence four to five days a week.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, senior government officials, or comparable leadership.
  • Capitol Hill scheduling experience is preferred for this role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to two senior leaders within Government Affairs.

  • Maintain the DC office with meeting rooms, bookings, catering, and A/V coordination.
  • Serve as the DC office point-of-contact for vendors, building management, and other operational needs.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Partner closely with executive assistants and business partners across the organization.

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree required

About The Position:
