  • Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Work efficiently in the CRM and other platforms used throughout the division.

Trinity College seeks a highly organized, service-orientedAdministrative Assistant to provide administrative and operationalsupport within the Advancement Office. This position works acrossthe Advancement organization and provides support to multipleindividuals and functions, requiring strong organizational skills,sound judgment, flexibility, and the ability to manage competingpriorities.

The Administrative Assistant serves as a professional and welcomingpoint of contact for colleagues, alumni, donors, students,families, and other members of the Trinity community. Thesuccessful candidate will demonstrate discretion in handlingconfidential information, excellent customer service skills,attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively bothindependently and as part of a collaborative team.
