Qualifications

Responsibilities

• HR Data & Reporting: analyze workforce trends, maintain automated dashboards, and fulfill compliance reporting requirements.
• Compensation & Benefits Analytics: provide salary benchmarking, equity analysis, and evaluate benefits utilization for cost-effectiveness.
• Talent & Organizational Insights: track recruitment metrics, support performance review cycles, and assist with succession planning through data analysis.
• Compliance & Audit: prepare documentation for audits and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Training and education: design and draft training and resource materials for HRIS systems usage.
• Establish and maintain data standards, validation rules, and audit practices for core HR data in Oracle Cloud HCM; ensure HR data quality.
• Serve as campus technical lead for Oracle Cloud HCM; translate requirements into sound system solutions and advise partners.
• Assist with various projects, assigned by AVP of Human Resources.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in managing HR systems,ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights tosupport strategic HR initiatives. The role bridges HR and IT,focusing on system functionality, data integrity, and processimprovement. This position combines technical expertise withanalytical skills to optimize HR processes and enhanceorganizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• HR Data & Reporting: Analyze workforce trends, maintainautomated dashboards, and fulfill compliance reportingrequirements.
• Compensation & Benefits Analytics: Provide salarybenchmarking, equity analysis, and evaluate benefits utilizationfor cost-effectiveness.
• Talent & Organizational Insights: Track recruitmentmetrics, support performance review cycles, and assist withsuccession planning through data analysis.
• Compliance & Audit: Prepare documentation for audits andensure adherence to institutional, federal, and stateregulations.
• Training and education: Design and draft training and resourcematerials for human resources and community members to utilize HRISsystems to optimize system usage.
• Establish and maintain the data standards, validation rules,and audit practices governing core HR data in Oracle Cloud HCM;ensure HR data quality in partnership with TDI and represent the HRoffice on the College's data governance committee and relatedfunctions.
• Serve as the campus technical lead for Oracle Cloud HCM;translate functional requirements from HR and partner offices intosound system solutions; advise campus partners on system capabilityand constraints, and recommend business process best practices
• Assists with various projects, assigned by AVP of HumanResources
• Perform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.
