Trinity College Hartford is seeking a Financial Aid Counselor to support students and families with aid processes and policies. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, guiding applicants through verification, eligibility, and appeals, and collaborating with the enrollment team to promote access and retention.
The incumbent will work with PowerFAIDS and other systems, maintain confidentiality, and stay informed on federal and institutional aid regulations.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Financial Aid, the FinancialAid Counselor assists in upholding the highest levels of customerservice to all Trinity students as it relates to institutional aidprocesses, timelines, and communication supporting the recruitment,enrollment, and retention of Trinity applicants and students.
