Manage contractor access program.
Build wing bed-down calendar, manage temporary duties (TDYs), schedules, conferences, and telecoms.
Supports PIO offices with all aspects of office administration.
Requires access to "my suite of applications". Examples include but are not limited to: My eval, My decs, My report, My fitness , My biz, AMS, MilPDS, BLSDM, DTS, and Leave Web.
Coordinates with installation protocol office on any visit requests coming to the PIO.
Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of U.S. Air Force administrative support experience.
Shall be qualified in Defense Travel System and Joint Travel Regulations and will manage TDY orders and/or authorizations for the PIO employees.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom in a Windows environment.
Flexibility to track, prioritize, and execute multiple simultaneous responsibilities in various parts of the organization.
Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and superb interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to anticipate and troubleshoot problems and exhibit significant flexibility in accommodating the necessary work demands.
