Job summary

Scott Equipment Company Llc is seeking an Administrative Assistant to greet visitors, answer phones, and support accounting duties including accounts payable and receivable. The role also supports the Office Manager with various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Previous office experience is preferred.
