Job summary

Scott Equipment Company LLC seeks a skilled field service technician to operate a mobile service vehicle, travel to customer sites in Louisiana, and perform diagnostics and repairs on construction equipment. You will follow manuals for disassembly, repair, and reconditioning, delivering quality work while occasionally working overtime or weekends.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical skills, diesel/hydraulic systems experience, and excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent mechanical skills required.
• Diesel and hydraulic systems experience preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license as outlined in company policy manual.
• Ability to assemble and perform maintenance functions on equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a mobile service vehicle and travel to customer locations to perform in-field diagnostics and repair of construction equipment.
• Disassemble components and recondition according to technical manuals.
• Work overtime and weekends when required.
• Provide quality workmanship that is efficient and profitable.
