Job summary

Scott Equipment is seeking a dedicated leader to manage the construction equipment service department. You will drive service efficiencies, foster strong customer relationships, and coordinate with other dealership teams to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, supervision of staff, and monitoring revenue and expenses to support the dealership’s goals. Experience in service or aftermarket support is required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience.
• Industry and/or aftermarket service support experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all aspects of the construction equipment service department.
• Develop new business while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate activities with other dealership departments to service customer needs.
• Adhere to safety regulations in and out of the service shop.
• Monitor departmental revenue and expenses.
