Job summary

SCOTT EQUIPMENT in Louisiana is seeking a detail-oriented parts associate to look up, secure, receive and distribute parts for customers. You’ll invoice parts, freight, and other charges while maintaining accurate periodic inventory for the parts department.

Ideal candidates have prior experience in construction equipment parts, strong customer service, and solid computer skills. A clean driving record and ability to lift over 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a construction equipment parts department preferred.
• Good customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills and basic invoicing abilities.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Look up, secure, receive and distribute parts for customers.
• Invoice parts, freight and other billable charges accurately.
• Maintain periodic inventory for the parts department.
• Keep work area safe and organized.
