Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing

Are you an organized, detail-driven professional who enjoys working independently and thrives in a supportive, mission-driven environment? We're hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and a close-knit team at a well-established organization in Palmdale.

What You'll Do
  • Support the CEO and 5-7 team members with daily administrative operations
  • Be the main point of contact at the Palmdale office, working independently
  • Manage phones, emails, mail, office supplies, and deliveries
  • Assist union members with applications, dues processing, and inquiries
  • Handle reports, records, and petty cash reconciliation
  • Coordinate Zoom meetings and basic tech troubleshooting
  • Help plan travel and support larger events
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong multitasker who's comfortable working independently
  • Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Professional and personable — able to communicate with executives from top companies
  • Experience with ADP/payroll or a paralegal background is a plus
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM (flexibility for early meetings/events)
  • Casual but professional setting (jeans are fine!)
  • Friendly team with excellent training and support
  • Older office infrastructure — must be comfortable in a non-modern setting

Fully Onsite in Palmdale, CA | Temp-to-Hire | $21-$25/hr (Temp to hire) with immediate pay increase upon permanent hire.
