LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to identify a highly professional Senior Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership and help drive day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing competing priorities, and can provide exceptional support with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and business engagements.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Track deadlines, prioritize requests, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Screen calls, emails, and inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects, process improvements, and administrative initiatives.
  • Support expense reporting, invoice processing, and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Provide occasional after-hours support for urgent scheduling changes, travel disruptions, or executive needs.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or C-level leadership.
  • Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexible and responsive, with willingness to be available after hours when business needs arise.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple executives.
  • Prior experience in professional services, corporate, financial services, or high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
