Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks a capable Service Administrator/Coordinator to lead a team of 6-12 administrative staff. The role focuses on coordinating orders, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth operations between customers, vendors, and internal departments.

The position requires an AA degree or equivalent and excellent problem solving and communication skills. You will train staff and act as a resource for the CSR, Service Coordinator, and Installation Coordinator

Qualifications

• Associates degree (AA) from a two-year college or equivalent.
• Excellent problem solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a 6-12 member administrative team.
• Coordinate and administer orders for Rite-Hite and allied equipment vendors.
• Ensure accurate job files and timely order processing.
• Monitor staff performance and escalate issues to management.
• Maintain compliance with Arbon Quality Business Processes.
