Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking an experienced administrative leader to ensure timely and professional handling of equipment and service orders. You will guide 6–12 staff and serve as the day-to-day operations reference, ensuring quality processes and cross-functional coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.A.) from two-year college or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Excellent problem solving ability and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train assigned staff and act as a resource for CSR, Service Coordinator, and Installation Coordinator.
• Ensure timely and professional administration of equipment and service orders.
• Maintain compliance to Arbon Quality Business Processes in administrative procedures.
• Gather order information from customers, vendors, and internal teams and communicate accurately.
• Enter and administer orders for Rite-Hite and allied vendors; manage release dates and shipping.
• Schedule, dispatch service and installation orders; review invoices and time cards.
• Assist management with collections and help consolidate shipments to minimize freight costs.
• Review job files to minimize profit erosion and report variances to management.
