Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Family Resource Center in Western Massachusetts. You will greet visitors, answer phones, coordinate appointments, and assist BHN staff with a variety of clerical tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment designed to deliver compassionate care to communities served by BHN.

  • Strong customer service skills with BHN staff and outside visitors.
  • 1–2 years working in an administrative/clerical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and assist BHN staff and visitors.
  • Coordinate appointments and support time-sensitive projects.
  • Maintain basic office records and use Microsoft Office applications.
  • Support team in a high-demand environment with professionalism.

What You Will Do:
  • High School Diploma or GEDrequired.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Strong customer service skills with BHN staff and outside visitors.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-demand and/or stressful environments and manage time-sensitive projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products such as Publisher and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years working in an administrative/clerical office settingrequired.
