Behavioral Health Network, Inc. in Western Massachusetts is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Community Crisis Stabilization and Transitional Support Services teams and help advance our mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

You will provide essential clerical support, coordinate schedules, manage data entry, and help maintain confidential records in a collaborative environment guided by our HEART values.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years working in an administrative/clerical office setting.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and coordinate administrative support functions for CSS and TSS programs.
  • Provide administrative support and project assistance across CSS and TSS teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Manage client transition workflows, including admissions and discharges, within CSS and TSS programs.
  • Complete assigned tasks in an organized, dependable, and efficient manner.
  • Exhibit proficiency in the use of all office equipment (copier, fax, PC, printers, scanners).
  • Maintain an organized file system for documents and records.
  • Accurately enter data into computer software systems as needed.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution regarding identified discrepancies.

  • Pay or shift range: $22 USD to $25 USD
    The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

What You Will Do:

Who You Are:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years working in an administrative/clerical office setting required.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products (Publisher/PowerPoint).
  • Able to be trained and develop proficiency in other software applications as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in high-demand and/or stressful environments from time to time.
  • Able to multitask on time-sensitive projects.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently.
