Job summary

Behavioral Health Network in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to provide direct care to individuals in treatment for substance use disorders. You will take vital signs, assist with intake assessments, monitor for withdrawal, and help maintain accurate medical records.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, CMA training, and are bilingual English/Spanish. Hospital or behavioral health experience is a plus.

  • Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant course or equivalent (required).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Prior hospital/behavioral health or recovery setting experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting individuals in recovery.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Medical Assistant at BHN you will provide direct care and daily support to individuals in treatment for substance use disorders.

Who You Are
