Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the OTP team. You will greet individuals served, complete intake, and help document demographic information and required paperwork in our care systems.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, at least one year of admin experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will coordinate appointments, manage records, answer calls, and support staff in delivering compassionate behavioral health

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • At least 1 year of administrative/secretarial support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome individuals served and visitors, and complete the intake process with demographic information and required documents.
  • Enter and maintain accurate records in Carelogic, Central Registry, and Methasoft platforms.
  • Schedule intake diagnostics and appointments, and alert clinical and nursing staff of admissions.
  • Scan and maintain intake and treatment documentation in the EHR document library.
  • Answer incoming calls, coordinate referrals with clinical staff, and collect payments/copayments as needed.

What You Will Do:

Who You Are:

  • One year of prior administrative/secretarial support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals recovering from substance use disorders and understand the sensitivities of the population served.

Pay Range: $21.00-$24.50/hr
