Job Description:
North Shore Community College is seeking a qualified adjunct instructor to teach one or more courses in the Construction and Building Science program. The successful candidate will teach CBS101 - Introduction to Sustainable Building and Construction Science and/or CBS103 - Blueprint Reading for the Building Trades. This position supports student learning in construction fundamentals, building systems, sustainability, and technical communication for the building trades.
The adjunct instructor will provide instruction in a student-centered, inclusive, and career-focused learning environment. The ideal candidate will bring current or recent industry experience in construction, architecture, or a related field, along with the ability to connect classroom instruction to real-world building practices.
